Excellence Through Achievement & Integrity
What am I going to do? Why is this important to me?
I am going to improve my attendance so that I can stay in SEAL. SEAL is a great program that is challenging and interesting, and it provides me with the elite-level education I need to reach my full potential.
How will I measure my success? How will I know when I have achieved my goal?
I will measure my success by regularly checking my attendance percentage and progress. My target is to maintain 90%+ attendance consistently as I move forward into the next terms.
What will I do to achieve this goal? How will I accomplish this goal?
I will go to school every single day and attend every single class. I will establish a strong morning routine, get ready promptly, and be present and engaged for every subject lecture.
Is this goal worthwhile? How will achieving it help me? Does this goal fit my values?
Yes, absolutely! Achieving this goal will allow me to stay in SEAL and remain amongst the elite level within my cohort. This goal perfectly aligns with my core values: ACHIEVEMENT and INTEGRITY.
When will I accomplish my goal? How long will I give myself?
This is a commitment for throughout my school years. I will maintain this standard of excellence until Grade 12, building a foundation of consistency and discipline that will serve me well beyond school.
Set out school clothes the night before. Pack your bag and check your timetable. Go to bed early to wake up refreshed and ready.
Create a consistent wake-up time. Allow extra buffer time for unexpected delays. Make breakfast a priority for brain fuel.
Check attendance weekly. Celebrate small wins when you hit daily targets. Keep a visual calendar to mark successful days.
Remember your SEAL program goals. Visualize your success in Grade 12. Connect with classmates who share similar ambitions.
Listen to your body during recovery. Manage headaches with rest, hydration, and Dad's support. Gentle progress beats perfect attendance - healing takes courage too.
Show up not just physically, but mentally engaged. Ask questions, participate actively, and make every class count toward your future.
Your recovery journey shows incredible strength. Every day you choose to attend school while healing proves your dedication to excellence. Some days, just showing up IS your victory - and that's enough to keep your SEAL dreams alive!
